• BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT​

    • Please set aside at least two hours for your full set lash appointment and at least one hour and 15 minutes for your re-lash appointments.
    • Please do not wear any makeup to your appointment, especially eye makeup and mascara. Make sure your lashes are thoroughly cleaned with all traces of mascara removed.
    • We recommend that you do not wear contact lenses.
    • Please arrive about 5 minutes prior to your first appointment. This will allow you to complete the necessary paperwork and to prepare for your service.
  • CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICIES

    Because we reserve time especially for you…

    • If you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • If cancelled within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
    • If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for you appointment, 100% of the service appointment will be charged to the card on file.
    • A valid credit card number is required to book your appointment via phone or online.
    • Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the scheduled service as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
    • Note: When your appointment is cancelled through our online booking system, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive this email your appointment has not be cancelled in the system and you will be charged. These policies are strictly enforced.
    • If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving 15 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled. For services requiring a shorter period of time after 5 minutes your appointment will be need to be rescheduled.
  • PAYMENT AND GRATUITIES

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. A credit card is required to hold your appointment and will be charged in the event of late cancellation or a no show. Gratuities are customary.

  • SALON ETIQUETTE

    Please turn cell phone on silent or vibrate once you enter the treatment room. This is especially required during eyelash enhancement services. Your eyes will be closed the entire time and you will not be able to answer the phone.

    We suggest bringing a personal music player for use during your eyelash application. This is a relaxing, sleep inducing beauty treatment. Talking should be kept to a minimum as this procedure requires optimum precision. Relaxed facial muscles ensure maximum results at minimal time.

  • AGE RESTRICTIONS

    Our minimum age requirement for eyelash extension services is 18 years of age.

  • CHILDREN/PET/GUEST POLICY

    Our lash bar offers a soothing environment for all clients and staff. Keeping that as our focus; we do not allow babies or children under 13 years of age in the lounge. This policy is also for the safety of your children, our technicians and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment. We cannot perform your procedure if you arrive with children. We also do not allow pets of any kind in our lash bar.This policy is strictly enforced. We respectfully request that guests of our clients to wait downstairs in the coffee shop due to the space restrictions of our lobby.

  • Refund Policy

    Because lashes require such gentle care and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. We regret that Individual Services, Promotional Services, Sale Services, or Gift Certificates purchased for yourself or for another individual are absolutely non-refundable. This applies to all services. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 24 hours. All retail product purchases are final sale. On unopened items, we offer the option to exchange or receive a store credit.
